What sets me apart from the rest?
Experience Knowledge
Professionalism
I’ve actually built and remodeled houses. Hundreds. Not as a contractor,
but as a hands on builder. I started installing masonry stucco in New
Jersey in the early ‘70s, built and remodeled from the mid ‘70s to the
mid ‘90s in Tennessee and North Carolina. I know where things go and how
they work.
I carry Errors and Omissions Insurance that also covers any
referring agents. Policy information available upon request. Shouldn’t
you be covered?
What I do
I inspect as required by the
North
Carolina Home Inspection Licensure Board’s Standards of Practices.
I work for the buyer in most instances. I encourage the buyer to be
present at the inspection. The more the buyer is involved, the less
questions arise after the inspection.
I can schedule the Pest Inspector as part of my service. The client gets
a better job when the two inspectors work in tandem.
I do not do repairs. When asked, I recommend a minimum of 3
qualified contractors to address any issues.
Payment is due at the time of
inspection unless prior agreement is made.
